1.Take backup,

2.Visual inspection of general condition, fans, internal & external cabling, filters counterbalance, drive shafts, connectors, robot controller and teach pendant.

3.Check for any possible leaks

4.Check oil/grease & replace where necessary

5.Cleaning of the robot and controller (internally & externally)

6.Check backlash

7.Check back-up batteries & replace

8.Check filter & replace

9.Check for excessive vibration and/or noise

10.Report and advisories
